எந்த ஒரு வெற்றியும் சாதாரணமாக கிடைத்து விடாது.. ஒருவர் வெற்றி பெற்று இருக்கிறார் என்றால், அதற்கு பின்னாலே அவருடைய கடும் உழைப்பு ,முயற்சி, திட்டமிடல் ,அணுகுமுறை, பொருளாதாரம் என பலவகையான மூலக்கூறுகளை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டுதான் ஒரு வெற்றி என்கிற இலக்கை அடைந்திருப்பார்..
திடும் என்று எதுவும் தோன்றி விடாது. வெற்றியும் அப்படித்தான். மெல்ல மெல்ல உழைக்கின்ற உழைப்பின் வழியாக உருவாவது தான் வெற்றி. அது எந்த துறையாக வேண்டுமானாலும் இருக்கலாம் .பயிற்சியும் முயற்சியும் இருந்தால் எதிலும் நாம் தோல்வி அடைய வேண்டிய அவசியம்இருக்காது.
அதிர்ஷ்டங்களை நம்பிக் கொண்டிருந்தால், வெற்றிகளை அறுவடை செய்ய முடியாது.. கனவு மட்டும் தான் காண முடியும்
. எது கடினம் என்று நீங்கள் நினைக்கிறீர்களோ,அதை தினமும் பயிற்சியாக எடுத்து செய்து பழகுங்கள்..
ஒரு நாள் நீங்கள் எது கடினம் என்று கருதியிருந்தீர்களோ .. அது சாதாரணமானதாக உங்களுக்கு புலப்படும்.
இந்தியாவின் பிரதமராக இருந்த நேரு வெளிநாட்டில் படித்துக் கொண்டிருந்த தன் மகளுக்கு கடிதம் எழுதுவார். அந்த கடிதத்தில் அன்றைய அரசியல் நிலவரத்தில் இருந்து... இந்தியாவின் பொருளாதாரத்தை எப்படி கட்டமைப்பது ,என்ன மாதிரியான இடர்பாடுகள் இருக்கின்றன. அதை எதிர்கொள்வதற்கான முயற்சிகள் என்ன செய்யப்படுகின்றன என்பவற்றையெல்லாம் தன் மகளுக்கு எழுதிய கடிதத்தில் அவர் எழுதினார்.
இந்தக் கடிதத்தை படித்து வளர்ந்த இந்திரா காந்தி அம்மையார் . பின்னாளில் அவரும் பிரதமராக மலர்ந்தார்..
பிரதமர் நேரு தன் மகளை சின்ன குழந்தையாக பார்க்கவில்லை. ஒரு முதிர்ச்சி அடைந்த அறிவை நோக்கி ....அறிவின் தேடலில் இருக்கின்ற ஒரு குழந்தைக்கு... எதிர்கால சமூகத்தை கட்டமைக்கின்ற ...ஒரு பணிக்கான கருத்துக்களை சொல்வதாக தான் அவர் அந்த கடிதத்தை எழுதினார்.
வெறும் நலம் விசாரிக்கின்ற கடினமாக இருந்திருந்தால், அது இன்றைக்கு உலக அளவில் புகழ்பெற்று இருக்காது.. இந்தக் கடிதத்தை வாசித்ததனால் தான் இந்திரா காந்தி அம்மையார் ஒரு வலுவான பிரதமராக இந்தியாவை வழிநடத்திச் செல்லக்கூடிய ஆற்றலை பெற்றார்..

. 99 அடிகளுக்கு பின்னர் நூறாவது அடியில் தான் அந்தப் பாறை உடைபடும்.. ஆனால் ,99 அடிகளுக்கு பின்னால் தான் ஒரே ஒரு அடியில் அந்தப் பாறை பிளவு பட்டது என்பதை நாம் அறிய வேண்டும். கடைசி அடித்த ஒரு அடியில் தான் பிளந்திருக்கிறது. ஒரு அடியே போதும், ஒரு பாறையை பிளந்து எடுப்பதற்கு என்று நாம் நினைத்தோமானால், இல்லை, கருதினோமானால்.. அது மிகப்பெரிய ஒரு தவறு என்பதை காலம் உங்களுக்கு உணர்த்தும்.

அதனால், எந்த ஒன்றிலும் முயன்றீர்கள் என்றால், தளர்ந்து போகாதீர்கள்.
தொடர்ச்சியான ஒர் உழைப்பு.... ஒரு முயற்சி... ஒரு தேடல் இருந்தால் வெற்றி உங்களுக்கானதாக உருவாகும்.

Don't think of anything as difficult.
A massive rock cannot be broken with a single blow of a hammer.
The rock will break only on the hundredth blow, after 99 blows. But we must understand that the rock split with just one blow after 99 blows. It split with the very last blow. If we think or assume that a single blow is enough to split a rock, time will prove to you that it is a huge mistake.
Keep doing your work continuously.

Think deeply before embarking on anything.
Don't back down citing difficulty as a reason.
Keep in mind that every successful person, every achiever, was able to become a successful individual only after facing various problems and struggles.
